All orders, which have been placed on herend.ca are non-stock orders. Our normal production period is 3-8 months from the day the order has been placed. The delivery period depends on the production capacity of Herend Porcelain Manufactory. The shipping period is based on the destination of the shipment.

Please note that all Herend items are custom-made and go through 24 stages of production, therefore if there’s a breakage or quality problem during the production it could extend the length of the production time. We will keep our customers posted about the delivery times.

We guarantee DHL Express / FedEx or UPS Shipping service with a signature for all Canadian deliveries. We will send you your tracking number within 24 hours of issuing your shipment. Please try to be available at the destination on the day of delivery so we can minimize the risk of damage or loss.

For International shipments (outside Canada or the US) we use the International Parcel service. The period is up to 7-10 business days to Europe and up to 20 days to any other continents. We will send you your tracking number within 24 hours of issuing your shipment. Please make sure that someone accepts the parcel on the day of expected delivery indicated on the tracking info. International Expedited shipments do include signature service. Please note, that local taxes and customs costs may arise depending on the tax and customs rate and regulations of your country.

All Herend items are handmade and hand-painted, and go through many different production stages, therefore we personally inform all our customers regarding the delivery time of the purchased Herend pieces once the Herend Porcelain Manufactory confirms with us.

If you have a specific time when you need your order to arrive please let us know via email or phone call and we will try to make sure that it can be expedited to you.

If you received your shipment damaged, or not according to your order, please inform us within 24 hours from the delivery date. Please send a photo of the front item in the package and the bottom of the item with the Herend stamp. In case of damage please take a photo of the package from the outside and the packaging inside. We accept any complaints within the first 24 hours only from the delivery date.
