Rocaille Shape Museum Victoria is the original decor that Queen Victoria loved so much.
The Queen Victoria décor is one of Herend Porcelain’s most iconic and historically significant patterns. Its story begins in 1851, when Herend presented this hand-painted design at the Great Exhibition in London. The vibrant butterfly and floral motif immediately caught the attention of Queen Victoria, who ordered a complete porcelain set for Buckingham Palace.
In honor of her patronage, the pattern was later named “Queen Victoria”, and it has remained in continuous production ever since. Each piece is still individually hand-painted by Herend’s master artisans in Hungary, preserving the original colors, intricate details, and refined elegance that first captivated the Queen.
Today, the Queen Victoria décor symbolizes royal heritage, timeless beauty, and exceptional craftsmanship, making it one of Herend’s most beloved and internationally recognized collections.
