Handmade handpainted octagonal porcelain boxes from Hungary in a tradition dating back to the early 19th century, when European designers were heavily influenced by exotic flowers and Oriental porcelain being brought by East Indian ships. This design was originally named “Apponyi Flowers”. 24k gold accents. Bunny box: 2″ x 2″ x 1⁷⁄₈“h. Frog box: 2³⁄₈” x 2³⁄₈” x 2″h.
